Today, he stands as the second in command, leading a dynamic team of 9 Managers to further expand TOERSA’s footprint as one of Eastern Ontario’s premier security firms.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mark finds joy in staying active with workouts, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing precious moments with family and friends.

Cheers to Caley Walker, a cornerstone of TOERSA Security since 2015! Starting as a part-time site and event security guard, Caley swiftly climbed the ranks, earning a well-deserved promotion to office assistant within just 5 months.

As our Director of Administrative Services, Caley plays a crucial role in orchestrating the behind-the-scenes operations. In this leadership position, she ensures the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, manages workflows, and oversees the coordination of various office functions.

In her downtime, Caley finds joy in hanging out with friends, meeting new people, spending quality time with family, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts.

With pride and admiration, we introduce Austin Jovel, an integral part of the TOERSA Security family for the past 8 years! Austin’s journey began as a dedicated guard, and through hard work and passion, he ascended through the ranks to become our Senior Operations Manager.

Austin has been the guiding force behind our successful special event planning teams and has played a pivotal role in shaping our staff training programs. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement has been instrumental in TOERSA Security being a leader in the industry.

Outside the world of security, Austin immerses himself in the realm of video games, indulges in learning various historical topics, and cherishes moments with his wife and furry companion.

In her current role as Payroll and Personnel Manager, Ayda oversees the intricacies of managing payroll processes and personnel matters. Her expertise ensures that our team is well taken care of, allowing TOERSA Security to thrive.

Outside of her professional realm, Ayda finds joy in spending quality time with family, diving into the world of true crime documentaries, and conquering hiking trails when the weather is warm.

Kiera’s expertise lies in connecting with our staff, scheduling based on their strengths, and providing the essential onboarding training that sets our teams up for success. Her dedication is a driving force behind our staffing success.

Outside the world of security, Kiera indulges in her passion for real estate, loves hanging out with friends, and explores new destinations through her love for travel.

Ishan has been an integral part of the TOERSA family for the past 3 years, starting as a dedicated Security Guard at special events. His passion and commitment quickly propelled him to the role of Event Supervisor. Within a year, Ishan transitioned to become a Schedule Supervisor.

Today, Ishan proudly serves as the Scheduling Manager our Sites and Mobile Division, ensuring our operations run seamlessly. Beyond his professional prowess, Ishan enjoys capturing moments through photography, exploring different cars, and cherishing quality time with friends.

Join us in welcoming Asli Cakir, an integral part of the TOERSA Security family for nearly a year! Asli’s journey began with us, and she has since become our stellar Recruiting and Scheduling Manager.

In her crucial role, Asli spearheads the recruitment process, ensuring we onboard the best talent, and masterfully navigates the complex task of scheduling to optimize our operational efficiency.

Beyond her professional prowess, Asli finds joy in the serene worlds of classical novels, unleashing her creativity through painting, and conquering the great outdoors through hiking.

Pierre has been an integral part of our team for over 13 years, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Previously serving as the Quebec Operations Manager, Pierre has a deep understanding of security operations and has worked as a guard in various cities across Ontario and Quebec.

As the head of our Stage and Artist Security Division, Pierre ensures the safety and smooth execution of every event. His dedication to excellence and meticulous attention to detail make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Outside of work, Pierre’s adventurous spirit takes him on road trips across all 51 states, where he enjoys attending live music events and cruising down Highway 81 with the top down, soaking in the tunes.
